1. Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it — your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we keep that conversation to help with your order or query.
2. How We Use It
We use your information to process and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, and — only if you opt in — send you news and offers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
Our site uses your browser's local storage to remember what's in your cart between visits. This stays on your device and isn't shared with us or anyone else.
4. Data Sharing
We share order information only with the delivery/courier partner needed to get your order to you. We do not share your data with advertisers.
5. Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email us and we'll action it.
